Artwork Requirements for Custom Hats

Clean artwork creates better custom hats. Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF are preferred, but high-resolution PNG and JPG files can also be reviewed.

Best file formats

• AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF for vector logos.
• Transparent PNG for simple logos.
• High-resolution JPG when no vector file is available.

Embroidery tips

• Avoid very small text and thin lines.
• Avoid gradients or photo details for embroidery.
• Add Pantone, thread color, or brand color notes if available.

If your file is not perfect, upload the best version you have and add notes before checkout.
